Ceramic Coating Curing Time

Your new ceramic coating will  take 21 days to fully cure. Do not wash your vehicle until the curing process is complete. Your vehicle can only be hand washed thereafter to maintain coating performance. Machine or tunnel car washes will void all warranty.

Ceramic Coating Drying Time

Your new ceramic coating will take 3 days to dry. Your vehicle cannot get rained or snowed on for these 3 days. We can store the vehicle during the 72-hour drying time. The client hereby acknowledges the risk involved in receiving the vehicle before the 3 days drying time. Ceramic Bros. Inc., will not be liable in the event that damage does occur. If the client opt to store the vehicle with Ceramic Bros. Inc. the client agrees to authorize Ceramic Bros. Inc. to deliver and store the vehicle at our facility at 9701 W. Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach FL 33446.

Condition of Vehicle for Ceramic Coating

It is recommended that all new or used vehicles have paint correction done before being coated. The client acknowledges that ceramic coating on uncorrected areas will be less effective than paint corrected areas. By waiving this additional service, the client understands that the coating will be less effective on areas that have been paint corrected.

Film, Badge, & Decal Removal

Film, Badge and decal removal may cause the paint to be damaged. By authorizing Ceramic Bros. Inc. and agrees that Ceramic Bros. Inc. will not be liable in the event that damage does occur during the removal process.

Paint Correction

Paint correction will remove most light scratches, swirls, marring and minor marks on vehicle’s clear coat. Client understands that even though we strive for perfection , some degree of scratching, swirls, and minor marks are present after the paint correction process.

Wet Sanding

Wet sanding is used to remove the top layer of a vehicle’s clear coat. Because of the risks associated with wet sanding, Ceramic Bros. Inc. only uses this technique when there are only 2 options for the affected area: wet sand or repaint. Therefore, Ceramic Bros. Inc. assumes no responsibility for repair to the affected area should wet sanding cause additional damage. It is highly recommended that after a vehicle has been wet sanded, that Ceramic coating be applied after to replenish the clear coat to the vehicle's paint.

Ceramic Coating Services

I understand that the coating is scratch resistant and not scratch proof. It is recommended that vehicles get paint protection film (clear bra) on bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors before coating to prevent rock chips.

Glass Ceramic Coating

Ceramic coating to glass surfaces serves as a protectant of your windshield and glass. This will not prevent chips to glass or breakage. Using your wipers more often can affect the prolongation of protection. I understand that weather conditions will affect the degree and time of protection.

Upholstery and Interior Coating
If any liquid or substance gets on the upholstery, it is advised to clean it up as soon as possible to prevent stains from occurring. I understand that the longer the substance remains on the upholstery, staining may occur.

Wheel Ceramic Coating

If any brake dust or road debris is on the wheels and calipers, it is advised to clean it up as soon as possible to prevent stains from occurring. I understand that the longer the substance stays on, staining may occur on wheels and calipers. The client is responsible for re-torquing the wheels to vehicle manufacturer torquer specifications.

Paint Protection Film

Allow 48 hours after installation to wash your car. Remove insects or other stains as soon as possible. Stubborn stains can be removed with 99% isopropyl alcohol. Take care to keep these chemicals off the vehicle’s paint. Avoid using a pressure washer or high-pressure water source near the edges of the film, it can cause the film to lift and/or become damaged.

Window Film/Tint

Window tint may have a hazy appearance or moisture bubbles for up to ten days after installation. These conditions will disappear once the moisture used to apply your tint dries up completely. Wait approximately 1-5 days after installation before rolling down or cleaning your windows based on the climate in which it was installed. Use a microfiber towel slightly dampened with water to clean your windows. If necessary, mild, non-ammonia glass cleaners may also be used. Avoid the use of abrasive materials such as scouring pads, to clean your tinted windows.

Annual Inspections

Annual Inspections are the recommended process for ensuring the coating is maintained and care for the vehicle is properly executed. There is a cost for annual inspections ($150) and includes: Hand Wash, decontamination and a refresh of the vehicle’s ceramic coating applied to the vehicles exterior.
